Building Inspectors 

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Candidate must possess an International Code Council (ICC) Certification in all or some of the following commercial trades: Building, Mechanical, Electrical, Plumbing, Fire Protection, and Green.
•  3 + years experience in commercial construction inspections (preferably in Washington, DC).
• Must have reliable personal transportation to and from multiple job sites within the DC Metro area.

Property Maintenance Inspector

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Minimum certification as a residential combination inspector or equivalent.
• Level 1 or 2 ICC certification in either building, mechanical, or plumbing category or other equivalent.
• In-depth knowledge and expertise with ICC and DCMR code requirements.
• Experience with information technology and automation, MS Word, MS Outlook, and basic computer knowledge.

Plan Reviewers (Multidisciplinary)

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Perform multi-disciplinary plan reviews for code compliance
• Use systems such as ProjectDox, Accela, and Microsoft Office
• 3–5 years experience in plan review
• ICC certifications (e.g. Building Plans Examiner, Master Code Professional)
• Proficiency in interpreting engineering and architectural documents
  

CAD Designer

QUALIFICATIONS:

• More than 4 years of professional experience in architectural or engineering design.
• Must have a deep knowledge of the following standards: NFPA 70, NFPA 72, NEC, AS/NZ Standard.
• Proficient in utilizing AutoCAD, Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Outlook, Microsoft Visio, Planswift, and Google Drive.
• Experience with interior and exterior design, as-builts, and 3D modeling.
  

Marketing Assistant

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Knowledge of social media marketing.
• Ability to create, collaborate, maintain, and curate marketing materials for various campaigns.
• Ability to send DMs, emails, and text messages to platforms (maybe templated or customized based on the internal project manager) to capture, qualify, or schedule leads for an appointment.
